Bed and breakfast rates are pppn and are based on double occupancy of twins/doubles and include a full Northumbrian Breakfast.

Twin/Double Rooms £32.50 to £37.50

Single Room £35.00 to £40.00

Please note the above tariff may not include Bank Holidays.

For advance bookings a minimum of 2 nights is required. We do occasionally have a one night slot to fill for which an additional charge will be made.

Sole occupancy of twin/double from £45.00/£55.00 per night except in peak periods when the appropriate full room rate will apply.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of £30.00 is required to secure the booking or, in the case of 4 nights or more the first nights tariff is required. Deposits are to be made by cheque, payable to Aln House and posted to Aln House, South Road, Alnwick, Northumberland. NE66 2NZ.

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the booking will be subject to 90% of the total bill if we are unable to re-let the room, which of course we will endeavour to do. You may wish to consider taking holiday insurance to cover such an eventuality.
