Rates are based on double occupancy of twin/doubles and include full Northumbrian Breakfast.

Twin/Doubles from £40 min - £47.50 max

Single Room from £60 (per night)

We offer a minimum of 2 nights stay during peak periods and a minimum of 3 nights stay during Bank Holidays. However, if you can only stay 1 night (peak periods) or escape for 2 nights (Bank Holidays) please do enquire as we may have a gap.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

To confirm the booking we require debit/credit card details. A non refundable deposit of the first nights tariff (or 30% for bookings of 5 nights or longer) will be debited as confirmation of your booking. Please note a transaction charge will apply for credit cards.

CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to charge the full amount due in the event of a late cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date where we are unable to re-let the room(s), or due to a no show. If any alteration is made during your stay the full balance may be charged. May we suggest you take out holiday insurance to cover such eventualities.

These terms & conditions overrule any rules or schemes that your debit/credit card provider may have in place.
